Fat on the hips is gone


Cellulite due to fat accumulation and adipocyte swelling just below the skin, and therefore loses its elasticity connective tissue.

Also, considering that cellulite is adipocyte accumulation or which have lost a significant portion of the water, the treatment of eating touches of avoiding those foods that promote fat storage and water retention. Specifically recommended:

1. Reduced consumption of cooking salt and foods rich in salt and saturated (animal bad) fats such as red meat, sweets, fried foods, animal butter, full-fat dairy products, canned, salted, potato chips, the Caterer type of fast-food and salt promotes water retention.
